Every third Sunday of the month between September to May, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., The members of the Fort Glanville Historical Association perform a historical military re-enactment and provide guided tours of the Fort. Uniformed soldiers recreate a past era and a nineteenth century atmosphere with cannon and carbine firing, military drill and parade ground exercises. A small admission fee is charged. In addition to the regular monthly Open Day (between September and May), Fort Glanville is available for:

The Fort provides for elderly or disabled access, and is equipped with all access toilets.
